Families without Fear - Working to Reduce Domestic Violence

STAFFING

The Families Without Fear Project is a psychotherapy and counselling training organisation project.

All project staff are employed part-time, with some on a paid sessional basis, while others are volunteers. They are all qualified professionals; most are qualified or training counsellors and psychotherapists.

All staff receive regular professional supervision and have undertaken additional specialist training on domestic violence

FEES

The Violence and Abuse Prevention Programme operates a sliding scale fees structure, while the Survivors Programme is free to all.

Donations are very welcome.

The Survivors of Abuse Support Programme

Support sessions for women and men survivors are free, although donations are welcome.
Research and Evaluation

All clients are encouraged to participate in the research and evaluation of our programme. However, this is not mandatory and will not affect the level of service received by the individual.

We operate a policy of confidentiality.

Due to the departure of the Manager of Families Without Fear Project after many years of service providing excellent development and delivery of this very complex service, a vacancy has arisen for an interim manager.

This post has been created to ensure safe holding of Families Without Fear while a full recruitment process takes place.
